Can I register at the door?
No, you must register by May 24, 2022.
Is the conference open to the public?
Of course! So long as you register on time! Although many of the lectures discuss the management of envenomations, many non-medical people find the sessions educational and entertaining.
Do I have to buy a general admission ticket if I also pay for continuing education credit?
No, when you purchase continuing education credit it also registers you for the conference.
Where is the conference held?
The lectures will be held at the Westin Hotel in the Texas Medical Center.
Where do we park?
Parking is available at the Westin Hotel. There are also Texas Medical Center parking garages throughout the medical center. We recommend using Garage 2.
Are children allowed to attend?
Yes, but they probably won’t really appreciate the conference. Unruly children (and unruly adults, for that matter) will be asked to leave.
Will breakfast and lunch be provided?
Yes, they are included with registration.

Am I required to buy tickets to the zoo tour?
No, the zoo tour is optional.
Am I allowed to go to the zoo without registering for the conference?
No. You must register for the conference in order to also register for the optional zoo tour.

A shuttle bus will operate from 3:30 PM until 7 PM
